Alfie Allen is now an Emmy-nominated actor for his performance as Theon Greyjoy on “Game of Thrones” but before that, he was a bit of a loser –according to his sister.

On Tuesday, after the Emmy nominations were announced, the video for Lily Allen’s 2007 song “Alfie” went viral.

As fans noted, the song features Lily playfully poking fun at her brother Alfie for doing nothing all day but getting high, watching TV, and playing computer games.

In 2009, two years after the song was released, Alfie landed the role of Theon after originally auditioning to play Jon Snow.

It would be another two years before “Game of Thrones” finally premiered, turning Alfie into a star — a long way from the kid described in his sister’s song.
