“Orange Is The New Black” is coming to an end this month but not before making an indelible mark on the TV landscape.
According to Variety, Netflix exec Cindy Holland claims that 105 million users have viewed at least one episode of the show since it began.
Heading into its seventh season, “Orange Is The New Black” premiered as one of Netflix’s earliest original offerings, quickly becoming an acclaimed hit.
Meanwhile, Netflix also revealed in its latest earnings report that the recent Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston comedy “Murder Mystery” was viewed by 73 million households.
The announcement of viewership numbers was made as the streaming service reported its first quarter-over-quarter loss in U.S. subscribers since 2011.
The final season of “Orange Is The New Black” premieres July 26.
