Walk Off the Earth is “Walking on the Moon” to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the lunar landing.

The band teamed up with the Velcro Brand last Thursday to create a music video ahead of the Apollo 11 mission’s anniversary. Hailing from Burlington, Ont., Walk Off the Earth used Velcro Brand fasteners as instruments to aid in their cover of “Walking on the Moon”.
Gianni Nicassio of Walk Off The Earth said, “working with Velcro Companies to celebrate the 50th anniversary of one of mankind’s biggest achievements was an incredible opportunity to do something fun with the iconic Velcro Brand products.”

The official anniversary of the lunar landing is on July 20.
