Quentin Tarantino was recently out and about promoting his new film “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood” but it was his comments about another one of his famous movies that caught people’s attention.
While on the “Happy Sad Confused” podcast, the iconic director dropped a major bomb about a third instalment of “Kill Bill”.
“Me and Uma have been talking about it recently, frankly, to tell you the truth,” he said. “I’m not sure I’m going to do it but I have thought about it a little further.”
Tarantino then wavers back and forth on whether there will be a third movie. “If any of my movies were going to spring from any of my movies,” he added, “it would be the third ‘Kill Bill’.”
Fans, however, should take this information with a grain of salt. Tarantino has often spoken about projects that have never worked out, such as the sequel to “Reservoir Dogs” or his version of “Star Trek”.
The director has also pitched “Kill Bill Vol. 3” around the same time “Vol. 2” came to theatres.
ET Canada has reached out to Uma Thurman’s rep to confirm how far away “Kill Bill Vol. 3” actually is.
