Fans of “This Is Us” are eagerly anticipating the upcoming fourth season, and star Chrissy Metz had some details to share during her recent appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen”.
According to Metz, viewers can expect to see a big twist in the season premiere that they will not see coming.
“Well, we’re going to meet some new characters, which is exciting,” Metz, 38, divulged while answering a caller’s question.
“And we’re going to see how they’re all sort of intertwined and how they all affect the Pearsons,” she added. “That’s a pretty good clue, that’s a pretty good hint for you.”
In response to another viewer question, Metz also revealed that she and the rest of the cast already know how the beloved series is going to end.
“I know everything, we all know everything,” she said. “It’s definitely gratifying. I’m sort of nervous and scared about it because there’s so much going on, but no, it’s satisfying. I think everyone will be satisfied.”
During the after-show segment, Metz opened up about singing with Carrie Underwood on live television at this year’s ACM Awards and the decidedly 21st-century way in which she met her current boyfriend.
