Beyoncé needed to make sure she was in tip-top shape for her historic Coachella 2018 performance.

In a new video on her YouTube channel, the singer shows how she followed her friend and trainer Marco Borges’ 22 Days Nutrition program.

Leading up to the Coachella performance, Beyoncé did the program twice over for 44 days.

At the beginning of the video, the singer weighs in at 175-pounds.

“I’m back on the stage after giving birth to twins,” she says. “I was a woman who felt like my body was not mine.”

Over the course of the video she’s seen going on a 100 per cent plant-based diet, along with working out and rehearsing until she finally fits into her iconic “Wonder Woman” costume from the concert.

“It’s a very big deal,” she says.

Beyoncé and Borges have also launched the 22 Days Nutrition Meal Planner, where members can set themselves on a path to better health through proper nutrition.
