Princess Grace’s grandson is getting married.

The son of Princess Stéphanie, Louis Ducruet, 26, will marry Marie Chevallier on Friday

The two met in Cannes, but realized that they were classmates at a business college. They then travelled together to Western Carolina University to complete their business and marketing degrees in 2015.

The wedding comes on the heels of Ducruet’s cousin, Charlotte Casiraghi’s, nuptials to Dimitri Rassam.

On Friday Ducruet and Chevallier will have a private civil ceremony at the Prince’s Palace reports People. A bigger religious service and private reception will take place on Saturday.

The religious ceremony will be held at Cathedral of Our Lady Immaculate, marking an important milestone as they are the first members of the royal family to marry at the cathedral since Grace Kelly wed Prince Rainier II in 1956.

Both Kelly and Prince Rainier’s funerals were also held at the same location.

“Growing up in the princely family binds you very strongly to this country,” Louis told Point de Vue of their choice of location, “for me it was therefore obvious to get married at the cathedral, so we will be near my grandfather, Prince Rainier III, – this will be our way of associating him with our happiness. My grandfather was a man I admired. I was very close to him.”

The groom’s sister, Pauline, has designed the dress the bride will wear for the church service through her own line, Alter Design.
