Gerard Butler returns as Secret Service Agent Mike Banning in the new trailer for “Angel Has Fallen”.
Butler’s character is being hunted in the newly released clip, with authorities taking him into custody for the failed assassination attempt of U.S. President Allan Trumbull.

Banning says in the clip: “There’s someone else behind this, it wasn’t me,” as he’s told, “You can’t hide from us.”
The agent replies, “Don’t worry about finding me. I’ll find you.”

A synopsis reads, “After escaping from his captors, Banning must evade the FBI and his own agency to find the real threat to the president.
“Desperate to uncover the truth, he soon turns to unlikely allies to help clear his name and save the country from imminent danger.”
“Angel Has Fallen” hits theatres August 23.
