Ellie Goulding talks all about her upcoming wedding to Caspar Jopling in a new interview with W Magazine.
“I’m not nervous yet. Right now I’m just enjoying the process and it’s fun. It’s been a great way for me to see my friends and family a lot more. My partner is in New York right now but it’s been fun. I’m just excited for the next chapter, for sure,” the “Burn” singer, 32, tells the mag.
Asked if she has any ideas for a wedding performer or DJ, she quips with a laugh, “I do have ideas. I’ve taken these ideas and executed them.”

Describing her dream wedding playlist, Goulding says: “All sorts of things. I love classic wedding bangers. I love things that people can sing along to. I also think it’s nice to have a moment with an artist you really love, just because it’s a chance for everyone you love, you and your partner, to see someone perform that you feel encapsulates what you love about music. I think it’s important for me to get the music right at my wedding.”
However, don’t expect Goulding to splash her wedding all over social media.
“Definitely not,” she insists. “No. I encourage people to be in the moment, and therefore that isn’t compatible with Instagramming every five seconds.”
