Melissa Joan Hart is getting real about the scary “emotions” she faced while getting a recent mammogram.
“Just wanted to share my little journey of emotion this afternoon!” Hart, 40, captioned a video on Instagram. “All is good but just feeling vulnerable, today especially.”
She went on to reveal that she had a mammogram last week, but the doctors called her “back in for another round of tests” which was “nerve-wracking,” but luckily everything came back “clear.”
“I’m glad I did what I had to do and listened to the doctors,” the “Melissa & Joey” actress added in the clip. “So far, so good.”
She concluded her message with advice, “Reminder to all women over 35… get your mammogram!”
Commenters flooded Hart’s post with messages of support, thanking her for speaking out on such a personal appearance.
