Kylie Jenner’s ‘Tone-Deaf’ Birthday Collection Met With Backlash

Kylie Jenner’s latest Kylie Cosmetics collection is receiving some backlash.

The reality star, 21, debuted her birthday collection ahead of her 22nd birthday on Aug. 10, showing off a theme all about money.

While Jenner revealed she would be giving part of her earnings from the new collection to charity, the money-theme is being met with controversy. Some fans even called it “tone-deaf.”

“Does Kylie Jenner think it’s cute making her collection money-themed?” a fan wrote. “Flaunting her billionaire status bitch redistribute your wealth before we rob you.”

Others noticed some irony.

Jenner has yet to address the controversy publicly.
