The doc will dive deep into the syndicated series and its impact on culture during its original run from 1989 to 2001.

David Hasselhoff, Nicole Eggert, David Chokachi, Alexandra Paul, Erika Eleniak, Gena Lee Nolin Hulse, Jason Simmons and Jeremy Jackson have already been confirmed to appear in the doc, with the producers having reached out to Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra and Michael Bergin as well.

“We want to show the audience how it culturally shaped an entire decade,” Felker said. “The look and feel and tone of ‘Baywatch’ bled into everything ’90s. ‘Baywatch’ is about as synonymous with a decade as the Kardashians are to today’s current pop culture.”
