Dean McDermott is not happy to see his wife mistreated.

In the new episode of his podcast “Daddy Issues”, the Canadian actor was joined by Adam Hunter and Nicky Paris to discuss a range of topics.

Among them was the recent interview McDermott’s wife Tori Spelling with Rosanna Scotto on “Good Day New York” that turned quite awkward.

Spelling was asked about her well-publicized financial troubles and the lawsuit against her by City National Bank.

McDermott said on his podcast that the questions Spelling was asked were “not cool.”

“She was interviewing Tori and she just started asking all these stupid questions about money,” McDermott said to his co-hosts.

While Spelling clearly looked uncomfortable, Scotto kept pushing.

“F**king move on. That was so unclassy,” McDermott said. “Then she put on some video afterwards, ‘I was giving Tori a platform so she that she could defend herself.’ You know what, excuse me, thank you very much, we don’t need your platform.”

The podcasters also discussed McDermott doing a walk of shame after a night with Spelling, and a fight he had with a rude passenger on a plane.
