Billie Eilish turned to her Instagram to speak to her fans about gun control.
Her comments come on the heels of the recent mass shootings in the United States that once again have re-hashed the discussion over gun laws.
“I’m making this video to talk about how scared and worried I am about… the f**king shootings going on, and how nobody ‘in charge’ is doing anything to change anything at all,” Eilish said.
She then asked her followers to text “checks” to 644-33 to help reach their senators through Everytown for Gun Safety.
The “bad guy” singer added, “Please just help. Love you.”

FACT: People in peer nations play video games, use social media & have mental health issues at similar rates to Americans. So why is our gun homicide rate 25x higher? Lax gun laws. ⠀ ⠀ ACTION: Text CHECKS to 644-33 & tell your senators to pass background checks on all gun sales & a strong Red Flag law.
After the Parkland, Florida shooting, Eilish told the Los Angeles Times that she was moved by teenage survivors who organized themselves to advocate for gun control only hours after witnessing their classmates shot dead.
