Bailee Madison’s final “Good Witch” episode aired Sunday, with the actress getting emotional as she took to Twitter to say her goodbyes.
Madison, who played Grace Russell since the series started in 2015, donned a cap and gown for her graduation ceremony in the season 5 finale.
Russell, who was selected as valedictorian, told her classmates: “We end up where we are meant to be and the best thing we can do is give ourselves a chance. The formula is simple: all we have to do is spread our wings and soar.”
She added, according to Deadline: “We may not land where we thought we would… or when we thought we would, but we all will land.
“And we all will find our greatest selves on the journey and when we look back, we will look back we will remember today as one of anticipation for all that lies ahead and appreciation for all that it took to get here. We’re now on our way to becoming who we are truly meant to be.”

Her mom Cassie (Catherine Bell) then presented her with a special gift, a sewing machine passed down from generation to generation.
News of Madison’s departure was revealed in July, with her saying at the time: “So grateful for five amazing seasons with ‘Good Witch’ [and] the amazing cast and crew which have become like family.
“They say that life is like a beautiful book, and everyone’s story is unique to them. As one chapter ends, a new one begins which is even more exciting and unexpected than the previous one.”
