Jason Momoa is giving fans hope about that long-rumoured “Justice League” director’s cut.
The actor, 40, took to Instagram on Sunday to praise the movie’s director Zack Snyder and promised fans that if the cut is ever released, it’s “sick.”
“Well let’s be honest, if it wasn’t for this man we wouldn’t have ‘Aquaman’,” he captioned a video of himself with Snyder. “I love you Zachary Snyder. Mahalo for showing me the Snyder cut. Here is a token of my appreciation.”
He added, “The Snyder cut is sick!”

According to IndieWire, the “Snyder Cut” refers to a long-rumoured version of the film that was never finished after Snyder had to unexpectedly step down from the film to deal with a family tragedy. “Avengers” director Joss Whedon was brought in to finish the film with re-shoots that apparently completely changed Snyder’s version.
Fans have been hoping Warner Bros. would drop Snyder’s cut for the world to see but since “Justice League” is the second-lowest grossing film in the DC universe, it seems unlikely the production company would release it.
