Chris Brown reportedly won’t have to worry about a battery charge in the state of Florida.

The “No Guidance” singer was accused of punching a photographer in a Tampa nightclub. Grainy footage of the incident was captured and later published by TMZ. Brown was arrested last year and charged with battery.
According to the outlet, the charges were dropped due to insufficient evidence. “After a thorough review of the facts and information from the alleged victim, our office determined there was insufficient evidence to prosecute,” the State’s Attorney’s Office reportedly said.

Other sources allegedly told the outlet the alleged victim “lacked credibility.”
