Netflix unveiled two teaser-trailers for Noah Baumbach’s upcoming flick “Marriage Story” Tuesday.
One of the clips is titled “What I Love About Nicole” while the other is “What I Love About Charlie”, with each character telling their side of the story.
A synopsis for the film, starring Scarlett Johansson and Adam Driver, reads: “A stage director and his actor wife struggle through a gruelling, coast-to-coast divorce that pushes them to their personal and creative extremes.” Baumbach’s film is set to play the prestigious fall festivals including TIFF and NYFF.

In one trailer, Johansson’s character Nicole says of her other half Charlie (Driver), “He loves being a dad, almost annoying how much he loves it. He cries easily at movies. He’s very clear about what he wants.”
Driver’s character, on the other hand, gushes: “She’s a great dancer, infectious. She’s a mother who plays, really plays. She knows when to push me and when to leave me alone.”
The clips both end with Nicole telling Charlie they need to talk.
Laura Dern, Alan Alda, and Ray Liotta also star in the movie, which premieres at the Venice Film Festival on August 29. It will also air at TIFF.
