Long live King Chalamet!

On Wednesday, Timothée Chalamet shared the first poster for his new film “The King”, premiering in theatres and on Netflix this fall.

The film, from director David Michôd, stars Chalamet as Henry V, and is adapted from William Shakespeare’s historical plays, and follows the wayward prince Hal, who rises to the British throne and must navigate the wars, chaos and intrigue left behind by his father.

“The King” is co-written by Michôd and Joel Edgerton, with Edgerton also starring as the famous character Falstaff.

Robert Pattinson stars as The Dauphin and Ben Mendelsohn plays Henry IV. The film also stars Sean Harris, Lily-Rose Depp, Tom Glynn-Carney, Thomasin McKenzie and Dean Charles Chapman.
