Britney Spears’ Father Wants To Expand His Conservatorship

Britney Spears’ father Jamie Spears is looking to expand control over his daughter to another nine states.

According to The Blast, he filed new court documents where he “intends to register the Orders appointing Mr. Spears as Conservator of the Person and Estate, as well as his Letters of Conservatorship, with states outside of California, in accordance with each of the states’ required procedures.”

Alabama, Arizona, District of Columbia, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Tennessee and Virginia are the states in question.

These are reportedly the states that Britney travels to most and where her father feels she needs to be most cared for, as he would have control over her finances and career.

In May, he filed to have the conservatorship expanded to Louisiana, Hawaii and Florida.

The move comes right after Britney posted on social media about how it is hard to trust people.

“Pay close attention to the people who don’t clap when you win,” she quoted, before expressing how “people can be fake.”
