Jason Momoa has had quite an adventure in Canada.
The “Aquaman” star was trapped in an elevator at a Vancouver hotel late Monday night.
In his Instagram Stories, the actor shared footage from inside an elevator at the L’Hermitage Hotel, where he was stuck with five other people and his dog for at least two hours.
The group passed the time by talking, eating candies, and drinking cans of beer while the dog took a nap.
“We’re stuck in an elevator. Fire department doesn’t really wanna show up,” Momoa said in one video. “Hey, get us out!”
While they waited, the group jokingly got to talking about whom they would eat first if the situation came down to it.
Eventually, Momoa’s stunt team showed up to try to free the actor and his fellow captors.
He also showed off some of the damage they had caused to the elevator’s ceiling from trying to find a way out.
“I was trying to be like ‘Die Hard’, but it didn’t work out,” Momoa joked, later adding that it was the “worst f**king hotel ever.”
After a couple hours, Momoa stopped updating the situation, and it was unclear whether he and the other people had finally been rescued.
