Faster than it started, the marriage between Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth is just about over.
In documents obtained by The Blast, the couple should be legally separated by the end of October.
Despite the airtight prenup, Hemsworth brought on celebrity divorce specialist Laura Wasser to help.
The prenup is “very specific” so the two don’t have much to argue over, so much so that the final documents are already being drawn up.
The fine details include that both the musician and actor will maintain ownership of their own property and neither will pay spousal support.
It has been less than a month since the on-again-off-again couple announced that they were separating less than a year after getting married.
“Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time. Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy,” a joint statement read.
Things then escalated when days later Cyrus was spotted kissing Brody Jenner’s ex Kaitlynn Carter while on vacation.
Both their families urged Hemsworth and Cyrus to “take some time to breathe” before finalizing anything, but days later the “Hunger Games” actor filed for divorce.
