The divorce of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards was one of Hollywood’s nastiest, and while the ex-spouses have tussled and made up numerous times over the years, it looks as though the battle is back on.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star is taking her ex to court, claiming he owes her $450,000 in overdue child support payments for the couple’s daughters, Lola and Sam.
In the court filing, Richards, 48, alleges that Sheen “has squandered over $24 million from the sale in his interest in ‘Two and a Half Men’ to pay his personal debts and to support his extravagant lifestyle at the expense of support payments for his children.”

In addition, the suit claims: “During the time frame since our last stipulation/order in 2016 he has failed to pay $450,000 in support while diverting over $600,000 in assets to adult family members and converting thousands of dollars into cash for his own personal use.”
The filing, notes The Blast, doesn’t identify which “family members” are allegedly involved; it also doesn’t outline any evidence of Sheen hiding money.
The $24 million referred to is the payout Sheen, 54, received a few years back when he sold his interest in “Two and a Half Men”.

A source tells The Blast that the two cut a deal in 2016 to “drastically lower” Sheen’s child support payments, from the original amount of $55,000 per month to approximately $25,000.
The court documents list Richards’ monthly expenses as $56,290, with monthly earnings of $25,361 for her work as an “actress.”
Sheen responded to his ex-wife’s lawsuit, insisting to The Blast that her allegations are untrue.
