Bill Maher is once again coming out with a controversial statement.

This time the host of “Real Time With Bill Maher” is attacking Democratic candidates who are fighting for health care coverage for people with preexisting conditions, pointing out that they are overlooking obesity and a little fat-shaming would set those people on the right track.

Maher expresses that Americans “eat like a**holes” by eating fried chicken on a sandwich, adding bacon and other things that “make my mouth cum.”

He then goes onto say that the number of mass shootings in the U.S. is nothing compared to obesity-related deaths.

The rant doesn’t stop there. He suggests that Weight Watchers should he harder on heavier clients and that “nobody is born fat, nobody comes out of the womb needing to buy two seats on the plane.”

James Corden had a few things to say about Maher’s comments on Thursday’s “Late Late Show”.

The British star said, “Fat shaming never went anywhere — ask literally any fat person.”

He continued, “We don’t all have a sense of superiority that burns 5000 calories a day,” adding: “Fat shaming is just bullying and bullying only makes the problem worse.

“If making fun of fat people made them lose weight there’d be no fat kids in schools. And I’d have a 6-pack right now.”
