Alyson Stoner stops by “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” Monday 17 years after she first appeared during the show’s first season.
Stoner rose to fame as a kid dancer in Missy Elliott’s “Work It” music video, and DeGeneres played an old-school clip of her teaching the talk-show host how to dance.
The former Disney star also talks about fame and how she’s donated all her belongings.
She explains, “The simpler your life is, the more room you have for your health and relationships to flourish.
“It was very easy to go as wild and luxurious as the entertainment industry can seem to be.
“[Now] I can fit all my belongings in my car and you just have this weightlessness.”
DeGeneres then gives her a huge TV so she can watch her show, seeing as how she’s given the rest of her things away.
