Marcia Cross and her anus are #RelationshipGoals.

The “Desperate Housewives” alum is celebrating her anus after suffering anal cancer. “It’s not a job that anyone really wants,” Cross told Us Weekly at the Farrah Fawcett Foundation’s Tex-Mex Fiesta event in Beverly Hills on Sept. 6.

“It’s not particularly glamorous to be the face of anal cancer,” she teased. Cross, now 57, was diagnosed with cancer last year. In June 2019, it was announced her cancer was in remission.

“I want to tell you that I now love and cherish my anus and you should all love and cherish yours,” she asserted. “We should all stop being embarrassed about it because we’re gifted with one beautiful anus it does an amazing job.”

Cross was this year’s honouree at the event, named after “Charlie’s Angel” actress Farrah Fawcett who died from anal cancer in 2009. “I so wish Farrah was here tonight,” Cross said. “So together we could smash the last body-shaming taboo in our culture.”

Cross hopes to “elevate the anus to the exalted position it deserves. We’re blessed with doubles of many things – arms, legs, breasts, lungs, and kidneys to name but a few – but we are only gifted one anus.”
