It was a tense night on “America’s Got Talent” as the last five acts joining the final were announced.
On Tuesday, 11 acts hit the stage including V.Unbeatable, magician Dom Chambers, singer Luke Islam, dog act Lukas & Falco, singer/guitarist Chris Klafford and the Detroit Youth Choir.
After some suspense, it was announced that V.Unbeatable, Voices of Service, the Detroit Youth Choir, Ryan Niemiller, who was rescued with the Dunkin’ Save, and Emanne Beasha, who the judges saved, would be going through.
“You know what, DYC? You earned this,” said Simon Cowell told the youth choir. “You’re now going to be in the best final we’ve ever had.”
While the group’s director Anthony White said, “I’m overwhelmed right now. I love everybody, my kids. The city of Detroit loves you. Thank you, judges. Thank you, America. We love you.”
They will join Tyler Butler-Figueroa, Kodi Lee, Benicio Bryant, Light Balance Kids and Ndlovu Youth Choir, all of which already they knew they would be heading to the finale from previous weeks.
The season 14 finale will take place on Sept. 17 and 18.
