Demi Moore is speaking up and healing in her new book.

The “Ghost” star is releasing a new book titled Inside Out. According to the New York Times, Moore talks about a daughter she had conceived with Ashton Kutcher. They intended to name the girl Chaplin Ray before Moore suffered a miscarriage six months in.

“Her drinking worsened and she started abusing Vicodin,” after the miscarriage, according to the publication. “All before learning that Kutcher had cheated on her.” Moore and Kutcher separated in 2011.

Moore also talks about being raped at 15, moving out at 16, and how she often portrayed sexualized characters early in her career. “When I was younger, I was obligated to be of service,” she told the Times.

“I wouldn’t be loved if I wasn’t — if I didn’t give of myself,” she continued. “My value was tied into my body.”

While partying with her daughter Rumer in 2012, Moore suffered a seizure after smoking synthetic cannabis and inhaling nitrous oxide. It was after this incident that Moore went to rehab, worked with doctors and eventually began writing her book.

Inside Out will be available on Sept. 24.
