Kim Kardashian was shocked to find out sister Kendall Jenner isn’t a fan of her newborn Psalm’s name, despite helping her pick it out.
The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star, 38, stopped by “Live! With Kelly And Ryan” on Friday and shared her real thoughts about Jenner’s comments on “The Tonight Show On Jimmy Fallon”.
Jenner joined Jimmy Fallon last week and confessed: “Kim ended up going with the name that I didn’t even — like, that I didn’t even care for as much. I think they were all really beautiful, but I was kinda rooting for another name.”
In response, Kardashian told Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest, “I was like, ‘Excuse me! First of all, say it to me first; don’t say it on TV.'”
The KKW Beauty mogul then explained what went into choosing the “controversial” name, explaining, that there was a 10-day “grace period” the government has for indecisive parents giving them time to pick out a name and register it.
But Kardashian and husband Kanye West were cutting it close with “like an hour left” before they had to come to a decision, so she enlisted sisters Kendall and Kylie for help.
“In the morning, I woke up, and Kanye was working and busy, and I knew our list,” Kim explained. “And so I called every sister, and I’m like, ‘What are you all doing?’ And Kendall was available, so I’m like, ‘Come over now. You’re not leaving my house until we get the name.'”
“I was driving her crazy,” Kardashian admitted. “Kylie and I really vibed on the name, so I think Kendall was more mad that her choice wasn’t first, and she was hating on Fallon.”
Now, Kardashians insists Kendall “loves the name.”
Kardashian and Kanye welcomed little Psalm in May via surrogacy. They also share North, 6, Saint, 3, and Chicago, 1.
