Keith Urban Stops By Foy Vance’s 2019 AmericanaFest Set For Surprise Duet

Keith Urban just helped Foy Vance turn “Burden” into a duet.

The country superstar surprised Vance fans during his 2019 AmericanaFest show Friday night in the middle of his set.

Vance teased the surprise when he chatted about the impact Urban has had on his career, gushing, “I’m just going to go ahead and say it: I didn’t know I needed this guy in my life until I met him.”

He added, “And now that I met him, I can’t f**kin’ do without him. Please welcome Keith Urban.”

In a fan captured video, Urban was met with a packed room at Nashville’s Cannery Ballroom.

While “Burden” wasn’t originally a duet, the pair meshed perfectly into Vance’s stirring ballad, which was featured on the Irish singer-songwriter’s 2016 album The Wild Swan.

After the surprise collab, Urban teased that more projects together are coming.
