A One Direction reunion is a real possibility, if you’re asking Liam Payne.
The former boy-band member was on SiriusXM’s “The Morning Mash Up” on Tuesday and talked about the group getting back together.
“I say different times all the time because whatever I’m thinking might happen, but it’s difficult,’ Payne said.
“I mean, I haven’t spoken to Harry in a while so I don’t really know where his head’s at with that. I heard he mentioned it in some sort of magazine thing or whatever the other day, which was cool, but I think everybody else has been really outspoken and I think that they’re, like, ready to go whenever.”

Though he’s not sure about Styles, Payne says Niall Horan has expressed interest in reuniting ever since they split.
“I know Niall was ready the day that we decided to stop for a second,” Payne said. “He was like, ‘Sure, we’re coming back in tomorrow, boys!’ He was just ready to go.”
Also on Tuesday, Payne released his first new single of 2019, “Stack It Up”, written by Ed Sheeran and featuring A Boogie wit da Hoodie, along with an infectious new music video — watch:
