Tiffany Haddish is sharing her tips for living a happy life.

Haddish went for a hike with “Saturday Night Live” alum Kevin Nealon for his new series “Hiking with Kevin”, where the two discussed a range of topics from mental health to cosmetic surgeries.

“15 hugs a day keeps the psychiatrist away!” Haddish told Nealon. “That’s why I love comedy so much because when I see comedians, we always hug each other because we know how difficult it is. Even if you don’t like them, you still give them a hug.”

“How often do you cry,” Nealon asked. “Probably once or twice a week when I take a shower,” Haddish responded. “Crying is like taking a poop. You gotta clean it out. Clean on the inside, clean on the outside.”

The two comedians also discussed her Emmy-winning “SNL” appearance, how Aziz Ansari has one of the coolest houses, the time a man appeared in her hotel room and more.
