Will Smith surprises three inspirational high school students on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” Friday.

DeGeneres welcomes 14-year-old Kristopher Graham and 16-year-old Antwain Garrett to the show, along with their classmate 14-year-old Micheal Todd from Memphis, Tennessee.

The host explains how Todd was being bullied for wearing the same clothes every day; Graham and Garrett surprised him with new ones in a video that has since gone viral.
