Brad Pitt is put in the hot seat in an adorable interview with kid reporter Jaden Jefferson.
The “Ad Astra” star requested he sit down with the 11-year-old whose video interview with Elizabeth Warren went viral last month. Leave it to DeGeneres to make it happen.
Jefferson previously appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” to talk about his experience, telling DeGeneres he wanted to interview Donald Trump about his inappropriate tweets.
“This is ultra-professional,” Pitt laughs with a big smile as Jefferson starts with the hard-hitting questions, like whether he would want to travel to the moon after playing an astronaut in “Ad Astra”.
“I don’t know,” Pitt answers. “I want to know what my odds are, safety issues. I want to know comfort, discomfort because I imagine the first few flights are not going to be too luxurious.”
Jefferson’s question about what Pitt wanted to be when he was 11 years old really gets the actor thinking.
“Ooh, that’s a good question,” he says before saying he wanted to “build homes.”
It’s not the last viewers will see of Jefferson — DeGeneres surprises him by announcing he’ll next get to interview Oprah Winfrey.
