Writer and comedian Emily Heller unfortunately could not make it to the Emmys red carpet this year so instead, she let her Twitter followers have some fun.
The “Barry” writer posted a series of photos of herself in front of a fake Emmys backdrop wearing a green suit so that her fans could Photoshop some clothing options on her.
“HI EVERYONE. I won’t have time to walk the press line at the #Emmys this year, so I’m leaving my red carpet look up to you. Would you like to say you dressed an awards show nominee? Just edit your design into these @kimnewmoney photos. High res link in bio!” she wrote.
The response online has certainly been fashion-forward, to say the least. Some fans dressed her in an avocado bib while others took to a potato ensemble. Other hilarious designs include JLo’s iconic Versace runway dress and an “au naturel” look.
HBO’s “Barry” received 17 nominations this year.
