Natasha Lyonne may not have walked away with an Emmy Sunday night, but she won the Internet with her sensational clapping in the crowd.

The co-creator and star of the Netflix series “Russian Doll” was up for Lead Actress in a Comedy Series and Writing for a Comedy Series – both of which ultimately went to Phoebe Waller-Bridge, the force behind “Fleabag” – but her loss was social media’s gain, as her genuine celebratory claps for her fellow nominee became instantly meme-able.
