Tiffany Haddish has found the secret sauce to a healthy lifestyle.
“The Kitchen” actress reveals how she quit smoking and started exercising on Tuesday’s episode of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”.
“I stopped smoking a year ago,” Haddish, 39, tells DeGeneres. “YouTube videos is how I stopped smoking. Like ‘Easy Ways to Stop Smoking’ and ‘Vicky Hypnotizes You In Eight Hours To Stop Smoking’.”
“I would play those while I sleep and after five days I didn’t want to smoke no more,” she continues. “Now I’ve been eating like it ain’t nobody’s business. To counteract that, I started working out on the fourth of July. I found some cheat machines.”
Haddish claims to have found a series of exercises machines that deliver unfathomable results. “I’ve been doing a cheat machine where you work out for 20 minutes and it’s the equivalent of working out for a whole week,” she dishes. “It’s rich people stuff.”
DeGeneres presses Haddish to share more info. “It’s called the cheat machine. Girl, I’ll send you the stuff later,” Haddish whispers. “Cause I don’t want everybody to go there cause I won’t get my 20 minutes, you feel me?”
Haddish also shows off her “lazy stripper” moves. Jennifer Lopez and company put in hours of intense physical work to perform the moves seen in “Hustlers”, but Haddish has some lazy hacks.
Haddish will host the revival of “Kids Say The Darndest Things” premiering Oct. 4 on ABC.
