We can all thank Taylor Swift’s mom for the gift that will just keep giving.
Little did the “You Need To Calm Down” singer know, but her mom filmed her after receiving Lasik surgery and very much still feeling the effect of the drugs. She then passed on the video to Jimmy Fallon to show the audience when Swift was on the show.

Surprising his guest, the “Tonight Show” host pulled out the clip with shows the singer in a very stylish pair of protective glasses while trying to rip off a banana.
“That’s not the one I wanted,” Swift complains while her mom tries to remind her she can’t cry after the surgery.
Swift then makes it into her bed, now eating the right banana.
“Don’t fall asleep while eating the banana, okay?” her mom tells her.
“I’m not asleep, my mind is alive,” Swift responds.
And just like that, Taylor Swift has once again won the internet.
