Stop what you’re doing because Netflix just dropped the official season two trailer of “The Kominsky Method”.
In the trailer released on Friday, Alan Arkin and Michael Douglas give fans a sneak peek of the ups and downs the comedic duo will face in the upcoming season.
To no surprise, the two-minute video shows Norman (Arkin) and Sandy (Douglas) attending another funeral. However, Norman is surprised when he bumps into an old flame, Jane Seymour, proving that at their age funerals are just another word for “having a social life.” Negative Norman leaves the somber matter with a smile calling it a “great funeral.”
On the other hand, Sandy becomes distressed over the unsettling news that his daughter is dating a man (Paul Reiser) who is way too close to his age.
Netflix describes season two of its original series “The Kominsky Method” below:
“The sun isn’t setting yet on aging actor slash acting coach Sandy Kominsky and his longtime agent Norman Newlander in the award-winning Netflix comedy series The Kominsky Method. Academy Award® Winners Michael Douglas (Kominsky) and Alan Arkin (Newlander) continue their journey as two friends tackling life’s inevitable curveballs as they navigate their later years in Los Angeles, a city that, above all else, values youth. This season, Sandy meets and bonds with his daughter’s new boyfriend (guest star Paul Reiser) who is uncomfortably close to Sandy’s age. Meanwhile, Norman reconnects with an old flame from his youth (guest star Jane Seymour) and after fifty years, they decide to start again. Nancy Travis and Sarah Baker co-star.”
“The Kominsky Method” won two 2019 Golden Globe awards for Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy and Best Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy for Michael Douglas.
Season two of “The Kominsky Method” launches Oct. 25 on Netflix.
