“Have you seen our robot?”

That’s the question at the heart of a new teaser released by Netflix, providing fans with their first look at the second season of “Lost in Space”.

Based on the iconic 1960s sitcom, the sci-fi drama made its debut in April 2018, featuring stars Toby Stephens (“Black Sails”) and Molly Parker (“Deadwood”) as husband-and-wife space colonists John and Maureen Robinson, with Parker Posey (“Waiting for Guffman”) taking on the role of devious Dr. Smith.

The new trailer was unveiled Saturday at New York Comic Con, with Deadline reporting that JJ Feild (“Turn: Washington’s Spies”) will be joining the cast.

“In Season 2, shot in Iceland and Vancouver, the Robinsons and Jupiter 2 are stranded on a mysterious ocean planet without their beloved Robot, and must work alongside the mischievous and manipulative Dr. Smith and the always charming Don West (Ignacio Serricchio), to make it back to the Resolute and reunite with the other colonists,” notes Deadline. “But they quickly find all is not as it seems as they look for the key to finding Robot and safe passage to Alpha Centauri.”
