Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Prince William and Kate Middleton are back together for an important cause.
The four who parted ways earlier this year to create their own separate households joined up again to narrate a clip from Public Health England on the Every Mind Matters programme.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Duke and Duchess of Sussex lend their voices to the 1-minute video that also stars Glenn Close, Gillian Anderson and “Great British Bake Off” winner Nadiya Hussain.
“When they heard about it, all four of them were really keen to take part,” a royal source tells People. “It is a really positive project, and all four of them have been involved and they hope it will have a huge impact.”
“Everyone knows that feeling, when life gets on top of us,” Prince William says first.
Prince Harry takes over adding, “your brother, your mother, your friend, your colleague, your neighbour,” while talking about how many people feel there is nothing they can do about depression.
“There are things we can do,” says Meghan. “From today, there’s a new way to help turn things around. Every Mind Matters will show you simple ways to look after your mental health.”
“It’ll get you started with a free online plan designed to help you deal with stress, boost your mood, improve your sleep and feel more in control,” Kate ends the narration with.
The royals have their own mental health initiative Heads Together which was first the Duchess of Cambridge’s idea. Together with William and Harry (Meghan wasn’t dating Harry yet) the three started the foundation to help normalize mental health issues and raise awareness about what can be done for those suffering.
