In a new interview with Shadow and Act, the actor talked about rumours that his 1991 crime-drama “New Jack City” may be getting the remake/sequel treatment.

“I’m not associated with it, you know,” Snipes said. “I’m having nothing to do with it at all. I think some things should be left alone.”

He added, “I don’t particularly like the idea of recreating drug culture. They actually talked to me about doing it and I told them no. If I had a dime for every time I’ve said no… It’s a done deal, it’s a wrap.”
