Tell us how you really feel, Kaitlyn Bristowe!
The former “Bachelorette” star did not hold back when discussing the franchise’s creator, Mike Fleiss, during a sit-down with comedian Nikki Glaser on the latest edition of Talkhouse Podcast.
Fleiss, who created both “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette”, entered the conversation when Glaser and Bristowe discussed “Dancing With the Stars” (Glaser competed briefly in the 2018 season before being the first star to be sent home).
“They won’t let me [go on the show], ever,” Bristowe complained to Glaser.
“I’ll tell you exactly why I can’t go on ‘Dancing with the Stars’,” she declared. “Anybody that listens to this podcast knows why I cannot go on ‘Dancing with the Stars’. And it’s because, and I will say this with a mic in my hand and a smile on face, that Mike Fleiss is a piece of s**t. He is the creator of ‘The Bachelor’, and he hates women.”
This isn’t the first time that Bristowe, 34, has blasted Fleiss, 55, alleging that he blocked her from appearing on “DWTS” when she was approached to join the show after her season of “The Bachelorette” in 2015.
“Actually I was offered it, had the contract & Mike Fliess [sic] told me I wasn’t allowed,” she tweeted in 2017 after “Bachelor” star Nick Viall was cast on season 24 of “DWTS”. “He said he didn’t want people wanting fame after his show.”
Fleiss, however, disputed that claim, tweeting that she “has my total support if she wants to appear on DWTS!!!”
Bristowe fired back with a scathing response. “Thanks I’ll get right on that opportunity 2 yrs ago,” she tweeted sarcastically.
ET Canada has reached out to ABC for comment about Bristowe’s remarks.
