Will Smith Brings Energy To Stephen Colbert And Talks Tyler Perry Studios, Oprah & Working With His Younger Self In ‘Gemini Man’

Will Smith was a treat to watch during his interview on Tuesday’s “Late Show with Stephen Colbert”.

Smith talked about his recent visit to Tyler Perry Studios near Atlanta, which, according to the interview, is being dubbed “Black Hollywood”. For the studio’s grand opening, Halle Berry, Denzel Washington, Oprah Winfrey, and other celebrities came to support Perry.

The quote of the interview came when Will’s describes meeting Oprah. The actor says that Winfrey has been famous for so long, anyone automatically becomes Oprah’s assistant, joking, “I’ve seen Barack get something for Oprah to eat.”

Colbert then brought up Will’s new movie “Gemini Man”. The movie features a young Will Smith, who is out to kill current-age Will Smith (who is 51 but looks young enough to play both roles). The “younger him” is played by the first all-digital actor.

Smith hilariously shares the advice he’d give his younger self, the time he went bungee jumping from a helicopter, and oh so much more funny. Check out the rest of the interview:
