Things got unexpectedly romantic Wednesday night on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”.

Howard Stern was the guest on Kimmel’s couch, and the it turned out he had some important business to get to involving his wife of 11 years, Beth.

Talking about their recent vacation with Kimmel’s family in Tennessee, the 65-year-old radio host revealed that he had talked to Kimmel about his desire to remarry his wife.

“She always says no. She think it’s jinxed,” he said. “It’s so great when I propose to my wife, she gets embarrassed.”

That’s when he surprised everyone by having Beth come onto the stage. He then got down on one knee.

“Darling, you know you have given me the best years of my life. I love you so much. You do so much for animal rescue. You know how I feel about you,” he told his wife. “I’m going to say to you now in front of all my best friends. My sweet love will you marry me again?”

“Yes,” she replied, to a standing ovation from the audience.
