Lilly Singh is all about opportunities.
The Friday edition of Global’s “A Little Late with Lilly Singh” featured an entirely new crew. In celebration of International Day of the Girl, Singh allowed little girls to take over the writing and production of her talk show.

“Tonight is a beautiful day, y’all. It is International Day of the Girl,” Singh opened her monologue. “A day that is all about female empowerment.
“Giving girls more opportunities is super important to me. So I decided to replace my entire crew tonight with a group of young women whose parents graciously let them stay up way too late to be here.”

Singh’s pint-sized crew wrote the opening monologue, manned the cameras, and even managed security.
