The nominations for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Class of 2020 are in.

Pat Benatar, Depeche Mode, the Doobie Brothers, Whitney Houston, Judas Priest, Kraftwerk, Dave Matthews Band, MC5, Motorhead, and Nine Inch Nails are among the recently released noms, Variety reported.

The Notorious B.I.G., Rufus featuring Chaka Khan, Todd Rundgren, Soundgarden, T. Rex, and Thin Lizzy are also in with a chance of being inducted on May 20 at the 35th annual ceremony.

Nine of the 16 artists are being honoured with a nomination for the first time, while Chaka Khan and Kraftwerk have both been up six times.

The 2020 bash will be held at the Public Auditorium in Cleveland, Ohio, where the prestigious Hall is based.

Last year’s inductees were the Cure, Def Leppard, Janet Jackson, Stevie Nicks, Radiohead, Roxy Music, and the Zombies.

Voting will begin on October 15 and continue through to January 10.
