Blake Shelton Drops New Single ‘Jesus Got A Tight Grip’, Adds Tour Dates

Blake Shelton is back with new music.

The country crooner has debuted another track off his highly anticipated upcoming album, Fully Loaded: God’s Country.

Written with his frequent collaborators Chase McGill, Jessi Alexander and Rhett Akins, Shelton sings about God’s everlasting love in “Jesus Got a Tight Grip”.

“Cause Jesus got a tight grip on my soul / And he ain’t letting go, he ain’t letting go / The Devil reaches out but he can’t grab hold / ‘Cause Jesus got a tight grip on my soul,” he sings in the faith-filled anthem.

Already released songs off the album include his rowdy new duet “Hell Right” with Trace Adkins and “God’s Country”, which became his 26th No. 1 song on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart.
