Stephen Colbert Extends ‘Late Show’ Contract For 4 Years

Stephen Colbert is not going anywhere anytime soon.

The star of Global‘s “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” has signed a four-year extension with CBS, per Variety. This means Colbert, 55, will remain at the helm of the popular late-night talk show through August 2023.

Colbert has not been shy when it comes to taking on U.S. President Donald Trump. Should Trump win the 2020 presidential election, be prepared for more Colbert vs. Trump on “The Late Show”.

“The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. ET/PT on Global.
