The new movie, which serves as the companion film to his upcoming album of the same name, will see a limited theatrical release before the album actually releases.

A gospel rendition of West’s hit track “Say You Will” serves as a backdrop in the new trailer before ending with a biblical quote from the New Testament Book of Mark. “In the words of Jesus Christ, ‘The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand, repent and believe in the gospel,’ – Mark 1:15.”

On Friday, the rapper released a special behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming film. West has held one-off screenings of the film for fans around the United States, but “Jesus Is King” will hit all IMAX theatres on Oct. 25.
